Our concierge support ensures your home continues to function smoothly in your absence.

Support Beyond Routine Inspections

  • Mail Forwarding: We will pick up your mail and forward it to you using USPS Priority or USPS Express Mail Services

  • Open/Close Residence for Arrival/Departure: Before your return or after your departure:

    • Adjust A/C to a comfortable/efficient setting
    • Light entryway in anticipation of arrival
    • Turn on/off the water heater

  • Storm Preparation Services: Bring in patio furniture and plants. Immediately after the storm, we will inspect your home for damage both inside and out and report the property's status to you via email or phone call.

  • Concierge services & home watch services include vendor or delivery access: personal services for deliveries made to your home while you are away; we will meet your vendor or delivery person and open your home for access. Set to a 1-hour minimum visit.

Any other services you may need before your arrival, while in your seasonal home, or after your departure.
